Founder Kathy Masterson, a San Antonio resident for 25+ years, brings over two decades (2005- 2025) of experience assisting new movers through a relocation serve (Bconnected Welcome Service). In 2023, “New2SATx” was launched to compile many local topics in one resource. New2SATx offers a service directory, relocation and real estate resources, activities, articles from guest contributors.
In recent years, Kathy folded her extensive knowledge into the real estate industry by joining Kristalli Real Estate. Home transactions are one of life’s biggest decisions—which is why having a detail-obsessed, overthinking agent can make all the difference. Her desk sign says it best: “Hold on. Let me overthink this.” With 20+ years of driving neighborhoods while helping relocating families, plus certifications in buyer & seller representation, military relocation and luxury homes, Kathy’s knowledge serves her clients well . Kathy has been married over 30 years, raised two daughters, and is a pastor’s wife She’s walked with people through life’s highs and lows.
